The Site may be linked to other sites and services that are not maintained by us. We are not responsible for the
content of those sites. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in sites listed on or otherwise linked to the Site. We make no representation whatsoever about any other Web site which you may access through the Site.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Display Master Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss you suffer in connection with your access or use of the Site, any linked websites or any software available on the Site.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the Site or a site that is linked the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions you agree to fully indemnify us for any loss we suffer.

1. Quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days, after which they will be subject to review.

2. Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. All prices shown are F.O.B Display Master Australia’s Pty Ltd premises in Caulfield South, Victoria, 3162 and Moorabbin, Victoria, 3189.

3. GST
All prices are exclusive of GST which where applicable will be added and listed separately.

4. Payment
Payment of 50% is required when placing an order, with the balance required prior to delivery. Artwork production will only commence once the initial 50% deposit has been paid.

Payment may be made by cheque (made payable to Display Master Australia, PO Box 6035, Caulfield South, 3162) or by direct debit (Westpac Banking Group BSB: 033-047 Account Code: 390908), or Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard (additional charge of 3% + GST on total amount of invoice applies to accounts paid with credit card).

Should you default by failing to make the final payment within 14 days from the date of placing the order, Display Master Australia reserves the right to cancel the order and charge the purchaser any costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

5. Cancellations

Production will commence immediately after submitting an order and a 50% deposit, therefore any cancellations will not be refunded and a potential restocking fee (10% of the purchase amount) may be charged to the purchaser. There is strictly no refund on sale items.

6. Warranty and Returns
Display Master Australia Pty Ltd warrants all goods against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Display Master Australia’s Pty Ltd liability under this warranty is limited (at Display Master Australia’s discretion) solely to replacing, or repairing, or issuing credit for the purchase price, if paid, for such goods that were defective at the time delivered to the Purchaser.

Where goods have been purchased and the customer has changed their mind or has decided that the product is not suitable, Display Master Australia Pty Ltd may grant a refund to the customer for the purchase amount, less the delivery amount charged and restocking fee (up to 10% of the purchase price); on condition that the goods are returned in the same state as they were sold. Where the goods were purchased on credt card, the service charge of 3% + GST will not be refunded. There is strictly no refund on sale items.

Products subject to customer-generated mistakes including spelling or grammatical mistakes, low image quality or unacceptable treatment will not be replaced. The customer is therefore required to carefully proof the PDF preview file. All images and text will be printed as they appear in the preview file.

7. Delivery Charges and Re-delivery Charges
Delivery is charged out at a standard flat fee of $15 + GST for all orders up to 3kg, for all Metro areas. For orders above 3kgs and outside of Metro areas, an exact figure based on volume, weight and destination will be charged (GST will be added).

In the event that there is no one at the delivery address to sign for a delivery or the customer has provided an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, a re-delivery attempt will be made to the customer and a re-delivery charge will be charged out to the customer at a flat fee of $16.50 + GST.

8. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery lead times is generally 10 business days after receipt of order, approved artwork (where applicable) and 50% deposit.

All quoted delivery dates are estimates only. Display Master Australia will make every effort to adhere to the required delivery dates. In the event of any happening beyond Display Master Australia’s reasonable control in consequence of which Display Master Australia cannot effect delivery by the time quoted, Display Master Australia shall be entitled to consign part only of the order, suspend or cancel the order, or extend the time for its completion. In all occurrences, Display Master Australia accepts no liability for any failure to deliver goods due to any cause whatsoever.

All goods shall be deemed to be delivered to the Purchaser when placed in the hands of a common carrier at Display Master Australia’s premises in Caulfield South, Victoria or Moorabbin, Victoria. The Purchaser assumes all risk of loss from the time the goods are so delivered. Display Master Australia Pty Ltd will exercise its discretion in selecting the method of shipment unless otherwise specified by the Purchaser.

9. The Risk
The goods are at the risk of the Purchaser immediately after they leave Display Master Australia’s premises in Caulfield South, Victoria or Moorabbin, Victoria and it shall be the responsibility of the customer to effect insurance for loss or damage to the goods during transit.

10. Contingencies
Display Master Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform, delay in performance, caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control which makes such performance commercially impracticable.

In the event of Display Master Australia’s liability due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control to supply the total demand for the goods, Display Master Australia Pty Ltd may allocate its available supply among any and all of it Purchasers as Display Master Australia Pty Ltd deems fair and practical without the liability to Purchaser for, any failure of performance which may result therefrom.

11. Title
Display Master Australia Pty Ltd is the title holder of all intellectual property and physical goods until paid in full.

12. Confidentiality
All Display Master Australia Pty Ltd concepts, drawings, designs, artwork, logos, icons, templates, quotations and invoices are supplied ‘Commercial in Confidence”.
