Q. How can I place an order?
A. You can place an order in the following 3 ways:
1. Click on the on the Order button at the top and bottom of each page on our website, or on each individual product page.
2. Complete the on-line order form.
3. Click o
n the Submit Order button.
Alternatively, you can also call us on 1300 785 131 or email us at sales@displaymaster.com.au, to place your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order within 24 hours.
Q. Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
A. We offer discounts on bulk orders for all our products.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept three forms of payment:
1. Company cheque made payable to Display Master Australia, PO Box 6035, Caulfield South, VIC, 3162. Sorry we do not accept personal cheques.
2. Direct deposit to Westpac Banking Corp BSB: 033-047 Account Code: 390908.
3. Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard). An additional charge of 3% on total amount of invoice applies to accounts paid with credit card.

Q. When is payment required?
A. A 50% deposit is required on all orders. Production will commence ONLY when a 50% deposit has been received. The balance must be paid prior to delivery.


Q. Who does the Artwork for the banners? Can you help us with the artwork?
A. Ideally you will send us the finished artwork that meets your exact requirements for your banner. However, if you need assistance, we have graphic designers available to provide you with expert advice and assistance in the preparation of your artwork. If required, our graphic designers can also create the artwork for you. All you need to do is provide us with the high-resolution images, logos, text etc. and our graphic designers will design and do the rest for you. These services will be charged out at $125 per hour + GST. Each job will be quoted for on an individual basis.
Q. How do we send the artwork for the banners to you?
A. You can send us your artwork through our website. Go to the Artwork section and click on the Send Your Artwork link. The steps are described. Once we receive your artwork, you will receive confirmation from us and we will be in touch if we need to discuss anything further with you.

You can also send your artwork on CD by express post - mail to: PO Box 6035, Caulfield South, Vic, 3162.
Please make sure you label your CD with your company name and invoice number so we can track the artwork to your order.
Q. What format does the artwork have to be in?
A. We accept artwork in the following formats:
• PDF (print resolution)
• CMYK TIF (print resolution)
• Photoshop (EPS, TIF, PSD)
• Illustrator (please convert all text to paths/curves)

You need to ensure all supporting images, files and fonts are included. A minimum resolution of 150dpi at the full printed size is required. We recommend you supply us images in the highest resolution possible as this will provide the best quality result for your banner.


Q. What is your delivery policy?
A. We charge a standard flat fee of $15 + GST for postage and packaging on all orders up to 3kg (for all Metro areas). For orders above 3kgs and outside Metro areas, we will provide you with an exact figure based on volume and weight. All goods are couriered directly to your required destination.
Q. When can I expect my order?
A. For orders that require no graphics to be done (for example, brochure stands), the order can be dispatched the next working day (assuming that the product is in stock). Delivery can take longer depending on product availability. For orders that require graphics, there is a 10 working day turnaround. However for an additional fee of $80 + GST, the turnaround can be minimized to 5 working days. If you have an urgent order, please contact us on 1300 785 131 and we will determine whether your deadline can be met.
Q. What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
A. This happens infrequently, but sometimes minor damage can occur during transportation or a product may contain a manufacturer defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately to 1300 785 131 and we will aim to resolve the situation.

Our customer service centre operates between: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Q. What is your service policy?
A. We have selected high quality products that should not require any warranty service. However, if your have a problem, contact us and we will arrange collection and dispatch of a replacement product. We offer a 1 year warranty on every product (excluding graphics), for any defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.
