These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website provided by Display Master Australia Pty Ltd ("Display Master Australia," "We," "Us," "Our"), located at [insert website URL] (the "Site"). In no event shall Display Master Australia Pty Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

1. Quotes

All quotes provided by Display Master Australia Pty Ltd are valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the quote.

2. Prices

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added to the price where applicable. Prices are F.O.B. (Free on Board) at our premises in Caulfield South, Victoria, or Moorabbin, Victoria, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Deposit
A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice amount is required at the time of placing the order. No production work will commence until the deposit has been received.

3.2. Final Payment
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice amount is due prior to delivery. Payment must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.

3.3. Payment Methods
Payments may be made via cheque (made payable to Display Master Australia Pty Ltd), direct debit (Westpac Banking Group, BSB: 033-047, Account Code: 390908), or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A surcharge of 3% plus GST will apply to payments made by credit card.

3.4. Late Payment
If the final payment is not made within fourteen (14) days from the date of the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge the purchaser for any associated cancellation costs.

4. Cancellations

4.1. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and the 50% deposit is paid, production will begin immediately. As such, cancellations will not be refunded. A restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may be applied in the event of a cancellation. There will be no refunds on sale items.

5. Warranty and Returns

5.1. Warranty
Display Master Australia Pty Ltd warrants that all goods sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect, we may, at our discretion, either replace or repair the defective goods, or issue a credit for the purchase price.

5.2. Change of Mind
If the customer changes their mind or the product is deemed unsuitable, a refund may be granted, subject to the return of goods in their original condition. The refund will exclude delivery charges and a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price. Refunds for credit card payments will not include the credit card surcharge of 3% plus GST.

5.3. Customer Errors
Display Master Australia Pty Ltd will not accept liability for errors made by the customer, including spelling mistakes, poor image quality, or other unacceptable treatment in custom orders. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the PDF preview prior to production.

6. Delivery Charges and Re-delivery Charges

6.1. Delivery Charges
Delivery is charged at a flat fee of $15 + GST for orders up to 3kg within metro areas. For orders over 3kg or outside metro areas, delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination.

6.2. Re-delivery Charges
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or if no one is available to sign for the delivery, a re-delivery charge of $16.50 + GST will apply.

7. Delivery and Risk of Loss

7.1. Delivery Lead Time
Display Master Australia Pty Ltd aims to deliver orders within ten (10) business days after receipt of the order, approved artwork (if applicable), and deposit payment.

7.2. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier at our premises. The customer is responsible for obtaining insurance for the goods during transit.

8. Title

Title to the goods remains with Display Master Australia Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. The customer shall not transfer or encumber the goods until title has passed.

9. Force Majeure

Display Master Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

10. Confidentiality

All documents, designs, quotes, and other proprietary information provided by Display Master Australia Pty Ltd are deemed confidential and are provided "Commercial in Confidence." You agree not to disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the sale of goods shall first be resolved through informal negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Display Master Australia Pty Ltd respects your privacy. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
